There has been another stabbing in broad daylight in the capital, this time outside the Royal National Theatre on the Southbank.
Witnesses say the Air Ambulance was on the scene after a man was stabbed at around 16:00 on Sunday evening.

A witness told the London Evening Standard that he followed the sound of sirens: “They led me to the National Theatre next to where the BAFTAs are and I saw them take on a stretcher a young black man from the first floor.”
“He seemed to have been hurt on the chest. He had a bandage there with blood and he was led away. He seemed conscious.”
It is yet another shocking example of the violence unfolding across London and the country. The answer is more police out on the streets and tougher prison sentences for those involved.
